How to Use LowFruits: A Practical Keyword-to-SERP Workflow

Begin with a topic that maps to a real part of your site rather than an enormous market. A focused seed tends to produce a more coherent keyword set and makes later filtering easier. If your topic has several distinct subtopics, run separate discovery passes instead of forcing everything into one report.

2. Generate and clean the keyword list

Use the Keyword Finder to expand the seed. LowFruits supports include and exclude filters and other research options. Remove terms that clearly do not match your audience, geography, intent, or planned topical coverage before you spend credits on SERP extraction.

3. Set authority preferences sensibly

LowFruits documents a default weak-site threshold of DA below 20, and the setting can be adjusted. Existing site owners can also use their own site as context for identifying weaker competitors. Do not treat any DA threshold as a universal rule; it is a screening signal.

Analyze promising SERPs faster

If manual SERP checking is becoming the bottleneck, LowFruits can extract results in bulk and surface weak-site and targeting signals so you can focus your attention on the candidates worth reviewing.

4. Extract SERPs in bulk

For the remaining candidates, extract the SERPs. LowFruits fetches the top 10 URLs and checks for weak websites and other signals, including query targeting. It can also populate competitor information and, when enabled, add People Also Ask and related-query data.

5. Filter for promising candidates

Use weak-spot counts, SERP Difficulty, relevance, and your own editorial judgment to narrow the list. Multiple signs of weakness are generally more interesting than a single isolated signal. Then open important SERPs and inspect them yourself before committing to content.

6. Cluster related queries

Run SERP clustering after extraction. LowFruits groups keywords based on shared ranking URLs; the documented default threshold is 40% overlap among the top 10 results. Use the result to reduce cannibalization and assign one useful page to substantially shared intent.

7. Turn clusters into pages

For each meaningful cluster, define the searcher's job, the best page format, required subtopics, and internal links. A cluster is not permission to produce thin content. The goal is a finite architecture where each URL has a clear reason to exist.
